Each 280 ml bottle begins with traditional Tibicos grains, then undergoes a meticulous 24-hour double fermentation. This process does more than create depth of flavour—it encourages a rich community of living microorganisms, including Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus, Saccharomyces, and the distinctive Kefiranofaciens strain, known for its connection to gut health.
The result is a probiotic concentration of approximately 12 billion CFU/ml, a value we state as-is (never multiplied by the 280 ml volume). With a pH of 4.32, the environment remains friendly for beneficial bacteria while inhibiting undesirable growth. Sugar content is 2.1 g per bottle, derived naturally from fermentation—no added sugars.
