Day 1–2 · Getting acquainted
Your gut is meeting 36 living strains for the first time. Start with about a third of a bottle (90 ml) on day one, and work up to half on day two. The slight tang and gentle fizz are how you know the cultures are still alive.
Day 3–4 · Settling in
You may feel mild bloating or a little gas — not a problem, but a "conversation" between the new cultures and your gut. From day three, try a full bottle either before your morning coffee or two hours before sleep. Drink plenty of water.
Day 5–7 · The rhythm appears
Many people report more regular digestion, steadier afternoon energy, and fewer sugar cravings. These are small signs that the gut is getting used to the new culture.
After day 7
Consistency is what matters most. Living kefir isn't medicine — it's a culture you invite back in every day. Rotating flavours over time helps diversify your gut microbiome.
